Purple Pulveriser Concrete Crusher 5000 series
Micro Machine Hire offers for hire a Purple Pulveriser 5020 crusher.
This concrete crusher is especially good for builders, developers and demolition experts but can also be used by landscape gardeners as it is incredibly cheap to run, using about 3 litre of diesel an hour, and very simple to operate. We provide all our clients with a safe operating briefing on delivery or pick up.
Although the 5000 series is one of our larger crushers, weighing in at nearly three tonne, it is still considered a mini concrete crusher. The crusher is 1180mm wide and can enter sites where access and space is restricted. Micro Machine Hire has taken these small mobile crushers through multi story car parks and extremely narrow lanes, driveways and alleys. The machine has proved itself time and time again by recycling construction waste that can be re-used onsite quickly and cheaply.
The 5020 series has a jaw aperture of 500mm x 200mm. Hydraulically adjustable jaws allow for the adjustment of output product size, ranging from 10mm right through to 100mm. Hiring this mobile concrete crusher from Micro Machine Hire for small to medium scale crushing jobs is a very cost effective way of avoiding larger muck away bills and the cost of brought in sub-base.
This concrete crusher will easily crush bricks, rocks, concrete, paving slabs, tiles, blocks, stone, kerbstone, marble, porcelain, flint, gravestones, etc.
The output will vary according to jaw setting, loading method, loading equipment, input material, and familiarity of the loading operator - in excess of 15 tonnes of crush per hour has been achieved!
Micro Machine Hire suggests that this concrete crusher is loaded using a 3 tonne excavator with a maximum 18 inch bucket. It can however be loaded by hand, if you fancy a work out.

All prices are subject to VAT at 20%.
The crusher will be supplied with a full tank of diesel. If it is not returned in the same state then diesel will be charged at the current rate per litre.
The person hiring the machine will need to be available for a short training briefing.
The person hiring the machine will be responsible for the machine whilst it is in their possession and will need to insure it appropriately and sign a contract accepting full responsibility for the machine.
